摘要
目的研究磷酸三钙/聚乳酸-聚羟基乙酸(PLGA-TCP)对体外培养的兔血管内皮细胞生物活性的影响,为血管化组织工程骨的培养打下基础。方法将体外培养的血管内皮细胞与PLGA-TCP复合,同时制作PL-GA-TCP支架材料的浸提液并与血管内皮细胞共培养,观察细胞在材料表面生长情况及细胞的功能。结果PLGA-TCP对血管内皮细胞无毒性同时不影响其功能的发挥。结论PLGA-TCP对细胞无影响,可作为组织工程血管化骨的支架材料。
AIM:To study the effect of tricalcium phosphate/poly lactic co glycolic acid(PLGA TCP)on the bioactivity of vascular endothelial cells(VECs)in vitro for culturing vascular tissue engineering bone.METHODS:VECs cultured in vitro were compounded with PLGA TCP,and meanwhile the medium dipped with PLGA TCP was made and cultivated with RVEC.The growth information of cells at the surface of materials and the function of cells were then observed.RESULTS:PLGA TCP did not have toxicity to the RVEC and did not affect cell function.CONCLUTION:PLGA TCP has no negative influence on the VECs and can be used as tissue engineering scaffold.
