脊髓和坐骨神经三磷酸腺苷P2y2受体分布对神经损伤修复的意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的证实大鼠脊髓和坐骨神经上三磷酸腺苷(ATP)受体P2y2的具体分布,探讨对神经损伤修复的意义。方法自SD大鼠取出脊髓,梨状肌下缘以远5mm处切取长5mm的坐骨神经,同时切取主动脉3mm作阳性对照;将标本快速固定后,制作依据P2y2受体亚型mRNA的碱基序列的非放射性标记的核苷酸探针,利用原位杂交的方法检测P2y2受体亚型的分布。结果大鼠脊髓和坐骨神经均有ATP受体P2y2亚型的mRNA表达。结论大鼠脊髓和坐骨神经均有ATP受体P2y2亚型分布,细胞外ATP可能通过此受体参与中枢神经和周围神经的损伤修复。
