300MW汽轮机DEH电液转换器卡涩故障研究

摘要 从DEH运行中最常发生的电液转换器卡涩故障着手 ,在应用附加振颤信号防止和识别卡涩故障的前提下 ,确定了振颤信号的选取原则 ,并采用仿真方法探讨了不同卡涩程度对伺服阀油压和油动机输出的影响 。 This paper showed how the additional flutter signal impacted on oil pressure and actuator output when the dead zone was kept. The proper principle of flutter signal for jam diagnosis was given. Based on the given flutter signal, different jams caused by jam of the electronic hydraulic servo valve were simulated and the output of the oil pressure and actuator were presented. Waving threshold of the oil pressure for jam diagnosis was given. The simulations and analysis proved that the jam fault of the electronic hydraulic servo valve based on flutter signal was feasible.
