摘要
以多元统计分析原理为依据 ,运用聚类分析、主成分分析、碎石检验准则 ,对高校党政管理干部素质做出综合评价。该评价模型为高校组织部门和人事部门考核、选拔。
Based on multi-indices statistics theory, analysis has been made in this paper for comprehensive evaluation on makings of administrators in universities, with help of cluster analysis, scree test criteria and principle component analysis. It provides a scientific tool for the organization and human resource departments of universities on evaluation, selection and appointment of administrators.
