摘要
论述了古典管理理论 ,对分析高校管理中效率不高的问题很有意义。古典管理理论通过全员聘任、科学设岗和层级有序等为科学有效地进行高校管理提供了依据 。
Li Shuangshuang:Postgraduate; School of Law and Art; WUT, Wuhan 430070, China.Methods tackling inefficiency in collegiate management are studied based on the theory of classical management and its usage for reference. The classical management theory has provided solid grounds for the application of total retainer system, system of personal responsibility of post and hierarchical type of organization in the collegiate management system. Yet much attention should be paid on the limitation of classical management theory.
