摘要
一种测量小温差的石英数字式传感器,利用+5°Y切型石英晶片作为感温的10MHz振荡器敏感元件,利用AT切型石英晶体作为参考振荡器,差频后的信号作为数字传感器输出,其灵敏度达到0.001℃,经多段插值线性化后,测量3℃温差的误差<0.008℃。
A quartz crystal digital transducer which is used to measure the small temperature difference is proposed.Two crystals in the transducer which are cut in +5°Y and AT have been applied as a temperature sensitive oscillator element(10 MHz) and reference oscillator element respectively.The difference frequency signal of two oscillators can be used as output of the digital transducer.The sensitivity of the transducer is 0.001 ℃ and the measurement error in temperature difference 3 ℃ is less than 0.008 ℃.
