摘要
以薄叶系文心兰Aloha'Iwanaga'的花梗为外植体,探讨了不同前灭菌处理及激素组成对文心兰花梗组织培养的影响。结果表明:70%的乙醇、浸渍10秒的前灭菌处理效果较好;激素组合以BA0.11、NAA0.19和BA0.23、NAA0.37两个组合比较好,其生存率分别达到了54%和40%。
The effects of different pre-bactericidal treatment and hormone combination on the Oncidium inflorescence tissue culture were studied by using inflorescence of Oncidium Alha'Iwanaga'as material. The results indicated that the best method for pre-bactericidal treatment was soaking the material in 70% alcohol for 10 seconds. The optimum hormone combinations were BA0.11+NAA0.19 and BA0.23+NAA0.37 on which living rates were 54% and 40% respectively.
