早龄期磨细矿渣混凝土回弹法专用测强曲线的建立

Establishment of local curve for ground slag concretestrength by rebound method

对42组早龄期磨细矿渣混凝土(7d～14d)立方体试件进行了回弹测试和强度试验。在上述试验的基础之上,选取合适的数学模型,经回归分析建立了早龄期磨细矿渣混凝土回弹法的专用测强曲线,曲线表明矿渣混凝土的表面回弹值与其抗压强度之间有着较好的相关性,而且曲线的精度符合回弹法规程中的要求。经工程实践验证了该曲线的测试精度,建议可作为郑州市早龄期磨细矿渣混凝土回弹法的专用测强曲线。

Based on the rebound and compressions strength test results of 42 early-age ground slag concrete samples, the appropriate mathematical model is selected, and the special curve for early-age ground slag concrete strength is proposed by regress analysis. The special curve indicates that the relevance between the rebound value and compression strength is quite good, and the strength error of the curve can satisfy requirement of the technical specification. The accuracy of the curve is tested and verified by the practical engineering, and the curve can be used as the curve for early-age ground slag concrete strength by rebound method in Zhengzhou.
