河南省水资源利用与污水处理产业发展对策研究

Research on water resources utilization and sewage treatment industrydevelopment countermeasures in Henan province

水资源短缺已成为制约区域经济发展的重要因素之一,本文在深入分析河南省水资源开发利用现状和存在问题的基础上,通过对已建污水处理厂建设与运营情况以及存在问题的综合分析,针对我国目前运营较好的污水处理厂运营模式,提出加快河南省污水处理厂建设步伐的建设性意见。

The shortage of water resources has already become one of the main factors that deters the regional economic development. Based on the further analysis on the current situation of water sources exploitation and utilization in Henan province and some involved problems this article makes a comprehensive research on the building of the established sewage plants combined with their operation , then puts forward some constructive suggestion on how to speed up the set-upof the sewage treatment plants in Henan province according to of the running pattern of these well performed sewage treatment plants.
