摘要
论述了虚拟仪器硬件平台的各种构成模式,讨论了 VXD 在基于 Windows 平台的虚拟仪器中的工作机理。建立了振动压路机跳帧的动力学模型,研究了跳振时振动压路机的非线性动力学特性,选取次谐波共振为跳振的主要特征。并以 WS-I42008 数据采集板为硬件核心,采用 PC-DAQ 硬件平台构成模式开发了一套振动压路机故障诊断与状态监测虚拟仪器,并以跳振为例验证了该虚拟仪器在实际应用中的可靠性和有效性。
The configuration of hardware that composes virtual instrument is presented. The working principle of VXD in virtual instrument based on windows platform is discussed. The dynamical model of jump vibration is built, the nonlinear dynamical characteristic of jump vibration is studied and find the sub-harmonics vibration is main characteristic. A virtual instrument based on WS-I42008 data acquisition board and PC-DAQ mode is developed for vibratory rollers fault diagnosis and condition monitoring, and is used successfully in practical application to monitoring jump vibration to prove that this virtual instrument is valid and reliable.
