小切口、不停跳微创心脏手术的体外循环转流69例 被引量:1

摘要 目的 总结微创小切口心脏不停跳的心内直视手术体外循环转流的方法与经验。方法 回顾分析我院2 0 0 1年 4月— 2 0 0 3年 11月对 6 9例房、室间隔缺损患者 ,实施微创正中小切口及右前外侧小切口不停跳的体外循环心内直视手术。结果 本组病例无死亡及肺、脑神经系统并发症。结论 这种微创不停跳体外循环技术简化了手术方式 ,缩短了体外循环时间及ICU监护时间 ,节省库血用量 ,创伤小 ,切口美观 ,患者恢复迅速 。 Objective To summarize the minimally invasion shorter incision and technique of extracorporeal circulation with beating heart in heart surgery. Methods 69 cases of VSD or ASD were used minimally invasion shoter incision beating heart surgery with extracporeal circulation from April 2001 to November 2003 in our hospital. Results None of death or complications of pulmonary and brain-nervous system happened. Conclusion The technique simplified the operation procedure, shortened extracoporeal circulation time and ICU care time, saved blood, better cosmetic effect,the patients recoverd rapidly. So the technique is a better one of extracporeal circulation.
