CD44v6、PCNA在胃癌中的表达及其临床意义

Expression and clinical significance of CD44v6 and PCNA in gastric cancer.

目的 探讨CD4 4v6、PCNA在胃癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法 采用链霉菌抗生物素蛋白—过氧化物酶 (SP)对 81例胃癌组织进行CD4 4v6、PCNA检测。结果 CD4 4v6、PCNA在胃癌组织中的表达分别为5 1 9%、4 9 4 %。CD4 4v6、PCNA的表达与胃癌的病理类型无关 (P >0 0 5 ) ,但与胃癌的肿瘤浸润深度、病理分级、有无淋巴结转移、肝转移密切相关 (P <0 0 1)。结论 CD4 4v6、PCNA蛋白的表达水平不但能反映胃癌的增殖与分化程度 ,而且与其转移密切相关 ,可作为胃癌预后的重要指标。

Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of CD44v6 and PCNA in gastric cancer.Methods strptavidin peroxidase Immunohistochemical method was used to examine CD44v6 and PCNA expression in 81 gastric cancer tissues.ResulTs The expression rates of CD44v6 and PCNA in gastric cancer tissues were 51.9% and 49.4. CD44v6 and PCNA expression had no relation with the typing of gastric cancer tissues (P>0.05),but had close correlation to pathological grading,lymph node metastasis,depth of invasion,liver metastasis (P<0.05).Conclusion CD44v6 and PCNA expression might be a valuable marker in assessing the biological behavior,and even prognosis of gastric cancer.
