摘要
对19CN5、20CrMnMo钢渗碳淬火后磷化、不处理、低温电解硫化与真空离子渗硫的磨损性能进行了对比试验,结果表明:在润滑条件下,所研究的几种工艺的摩擦因数μ由大到小依次为:0.173、0.102、0.097、0.079;抗咬合及抗磨损性能按相对优劣依次为:真空离子硫化、低温电解硫化、不处理、磷化;在无润滑磨损条件下,硫化试样的抗磨损性能无明显的优越性。本试验为提高相关产品质量和硫化工艺的应用提供了试验依据。
According to the test analysis on anti-freting of 19CN5 and 20CrMnMo under phosphatization,no treatment,low temperature electrolysis sulfation,vacuum sulfation after cementite, the major result has been brought about under lubricating.These friction coefficients respectivety are:0.173,0.102,0.097,0.079. The virtues and defects relatively in proper order is: vacuum sulfation,low temperature electrolysis sulfation,no treatment and phosphatization.Under non-lubricating,the performances have no significant differences.The test data are helpful to the improvement of relative product quality and the use of sulphurizing technology.
