摘要
E型滞后阻尼支撑是一种应用于桥梁工程的新型耗能抗震支撑,因含有STU锁口装置,在一般承载状态下可实现移动连接,当地震发生时STU会自动锁紧,形成临时固定连接,减小地震对桥梁破坏。文章在应用STU基础上,采用三维设计方法完成了承载200kN及位移达50mmE型滞后阻尼支撑的设计,并对其关键承载部件E型支架进行了有限元分析。
The E-shaped hysteretic dampers bearing is a new kind of anti-seismic energy dissipating devices used in bridge engineering. Because of the lock-up device in the shock transmission units(STU), the bearing can achieve slow movement connection under usual load, and a kind of fixed connection can be formed to prevent the bridge destruction under seismic action. The working principle of the STU is introduced in the paper,and the design of the E-shaped hysteretic dampers bearing is described. A case of E-shaped hysteretic dampers bearing with 200 kN of load and 50 mm of stroke has been designed by three dimensional design method based on the application of STU technology,and its E-shaped part has been analyzed.
