摘要
文章介绍了某单机架双卷取热轧机的电气驱动系统的配置情况,研究了系统中整流装置的控制角、换相重叠角及负载电流与其产生的谐波电流之间的关系,并对热轧机各个部分的可控硅变流装置产生的谐波干扰进行了定量计算,最后提出了利用动态无功补偿滤波成套装置治理谐波的措施。
The authors described the configuration of electrical driving system for a certain single stand double coiler hot rolling mill, researched the relation among the harmonic currents caused by the rectifying device, the control angle and commutation overlap angle of the rectifier, and the load current of the mill, quantitatively calculated the harmonic interference caused by the SCR converter in each part of the mill, then put forward the suggestion on harmonic suppression by complete equipment of dynamic reactive power compensation.
