山东省优秀运动队文化教育的回顾与展望

Retrospection and prospects of cultural education of Shandong competitive sports teams

通过对山东省优秀运动队 2 0余年办学过程的总结与回顾 ,认为优秀运动队院校化办学成果显著 ,指出体育部门办学其发展具有一定的局限性 ,将其并入高等院校有利于运动队文化教育的开展。

Through reviewing the course of running schools of Shandong competitive sport team,this paper points out that competitive sport team has made remarkable achievements,meanwhile,this kind of colleges which is sponsored by sports departments have their limitations. Therefore,amalgamating into the colleges and universities is favorable to cultural education of sports teams.
