就高校体育教师如何依照现代教育理念 ,不断学习、不断创新、积极进行终身学习进行了探讨 ,提出要建立高校体育教师终身学习体系 ,并对建立高校体育教师终身学习体系需要解决的问题 ,进行了分析阐述。

Nowadays,college sports teachers are studying constantly and innovating constantly according to modern education ideas. This paper puts forward the idea of setting up lifetime study system. Some problems in need of solution in the course of setting up lifetime study system are also analyzed in this paper.
