摘要
速度力量是力量素质中一种特殊又十分重要的力量素质 ,爆发力是其最典型的表现形式 ;决定力量大小的因素是 :肌肉横断面 ,神经调节机能和肌纤维的组成。在实际训练中 ,应根据田径运动各项目的不同特点 ,有针对性地选用科学的力量训练方法。
This paper analyzes the theories and methods of strength training in the modern track and field training. The speed strength is a special and importnat kind of strength quality in the strength qualities. It has two characteristics which are strength and speed. The explosive force is its most typical form of expression. The factors that determined the strength are:muscle cross sections,the composition of the nerve regulate function and muscle fiber. In the practice training,the method of strength training should be chosen scientifically according to different characteristics of the athlete in different projects.
