摘要
为了提高高考体育生中跑的成绩 ,必须重视放松技巧。首先 ,通过多种方法使学生掌握正确的放松技能 ;其次 ,在比赛前要做好充分的放松准备 ,在比赛中要合理运用放松技能 ;最后 ,在比赛后应采取积极的手段进行放松恢复。
Relaxation skills must be stressed in order to promote the running performances in the Sports College Entrance Examination. The students need to command correct ways of relaxing and be well prepared before the examination. During and after the examination,relaxation is also important.
