RAPPORT理念和共同参与式教学法的应用

摘要 通过RAPPORT理念和共同参与式教学法在高职英语听力课程教学改革与实践中的应用,师生之间的关系由昔日的“主从关系”、“上下级关系”变成为“相互尊重、相互信任、相互合作、独立自主”的师生关系,在学生运用英语语言进行交际的同时,也注重培养学生的组织能力、交际能力、思考能力和创新能力。 It is an important task to reform English language teaching in vocational colleges now, and it also needs to be probed continuously in practice. RAPPORT relationship should be built between teachers and students, and it also should be built among students. The relationship is a premise to launch English teaching, which can bring students' positive factor into play and arouse their motivation at most. The teaching method“work together' means teachers and students can learn from each other. Teachers and students can share joys,experiences and ideas. It is a good method for students to obtain knowledge, build comprehensive interests, develop the ability of learning something by himself, encourage the students to think and start work positively and acquire knowledge happily. We put RAPPORT idea and the teaching method “work together' for English audio-oral course in practice. So the teachers are not authoritative person but director,coordinate and promoter and the students also become learners and participation persons instead of being listeners. The relationship between teachers and students has taken great change-from the relationship of the principal and the subordinate, the relationship of high and low to a new one of respecting, trusting, cooperating each other. Students are provided opportunities to practice their language in class and to participate in social activities for a stronger ability in organization, communication, thought and creativity.
