摘要 提出了白糖色值测定用缓冲溶液的选择准则。据此进行了较深入的预选试验,从而选定咪唑—HC1及TEA—HC1作白糖色值测定。结果表明,咪唑—HC1是较ICUMSA正式采纳的TEA—HC1更好的缓冲溶液。它有测定准确、化学稳定性好、使用方便、不必时常新配等优点。建议在制糖工业中试用推广。 The criteria in selecting the buffer solutions for the determination of white sugar color have been proposed. According to these criteria, preliminary tests were carried out comprehensively, thus the buffer solutions of Imidazole—HCI and TEA—HCI were selected for the determination of white sugar color. Experiments indicate that the buffer solution of Imidazole—HCI is better than that of TEA—HCI which has been adopted officially by ICUMSA. The features of this new buffer solution are: sufficient accuracy, excellent chemical stability, convenience for use and no need to be prepared freshly. To try out and spread this buffer solution in the sugar industry are recommended.
