Some Opinions on the Construction of Library Operation in the Network Environment

对进入公有领域作品数字化 ,对网络数据库的认识和使用 ,对从网络上下载、打印信息 ,对提供合法电子出版物服务 ,对提供外借作品等可能出现的著作权问题进行了分析 ,并提出了解决的办法。

This article analyzes the digital turning of public works, the cognition and application of date-base and some problems of copyright about downloading and copying information from internet, offering service of legal electronic publication and providing lending books.In the meanwhile, it provides some solutions.
