从无功管理的角度 ,以降低网损入手 ,针对恩施电网的现状 ,提出了改善恩施电网电压质量的无功补偿方法 ,算例结果表明 ,此项工作是可行的 ,有效的 。

From the viewpoint of reactive power management and networks losses reduction,a reactive power compensation method is proposed for Ensi power network to improve voltage profiles, Simulation results show that the proposed method is feasible and effective, and beneficial for both economic and social benefits of the power networks.
