摘要
本文采用比较分析、观测调查和理论分析的方法,对上海市《城市道路平面交叉口规划与设计规程》(以下简称《上海规程》)中基本饱和流量和大车校正函数进行检验。首先将《上海规程》中基本饱和流量与其它国家、地区/城市进行比较,通过实地观测与调查,认为《上海规程》中基本饱和流量取值是合理的,并对其原因进行分析;然后通过比较、理论分析与实地调查,认为《上海规程》中大车校正系数方法存在不合理性,应采用反比例函数对大车进行修正。
This paper verifies base saturation flow and heavy vehicle adjust factor in Design Regulation for At-grade Intersections on Urban Street(abs. Shanghai Regulation) through comparing analysis, on-the-spot survey and theoretical analysis. Firstly, it compares the base saturation flow in Shanghai Regulation with that in other countries or cities, it is proved to be reasonable through on-the-spot survey, and is explained why it is relatively lower. Secondly, it points out that the heavy vehicle adjust factor in Shanghai Regulation is not reasonable through comparison, theoretical analysis and on-the-spot survey, and it should be adjusted by inverse proportion function.
