不同手术人员术前洗手效果的调查与分析

The survey and analysis of the scrubbing results of different surgery staff before surgery

目的了解不同手术人员术前洗手效果,寻找相关影响因素,提出预防对策。方法分析我院手术室近4年对本院护士、本院医生、进修护士、进修医生、实习护士术前洗手后细菌培养监测资料。结果术前洗手监测合格率本院护士为100%,本院医生为86.8%,进修护士为87.3%,进修医生为86.2%,实习护士为98.1%。本院护士和实习护士的合格率最高,进修医生和本院医生的合格率最低。结论不同手术人员对术前规范洗手仍缺乏足够认识。加强手术人员术前洗手管理,提高手术人员的无菌观念,是预防和控制医院感染的重要环节。

Objectives To find out the influential factors on the scrubbing results and put forward the countermeasure by evaluating the scrubbing results of different surgery staff. Methods The bacterial culture results of the samples taken from surgery staff of different levels were analyzed before surgery and after scrubbing during the past 4 years. Results The qualified rate of scrubbing were 100% for the local hospital nurses, 86.8% for the local hospital surgeons, 87.3% for the advanced studying nurses, 86.2% for the advanced studying surgeons, and 98.1% for the practical nurses respectively. The local hospital nurses and practical nurses had highest rate, while advanced studying surgeons and local hospital doctors had lowest rate. Conclusions Some surgery staff do not pay enough attention to normative preoperative scrubbing method. Strengthening surgery staff's scrubbing and improving their cognition of asepsis are very important aspects for prevention and control nosocomial infections.
