护士对外伤急诊病人家庭暴力的调查

Investigation on emergent traumatic patients with domestic violence by nurses

了解急诊科就诊病人中家庭暴力受害者的情况,为进一步帮助家庭暴力受害者提供依据。急诊科护士对接受清创缝合的病人进行有关家庭暴力的问诊和调查。2002年5月￣2003年5月,本院急诊科因家庭暴力致外伤者971(31.1%)人次,主要为女性;26￣35岁408人次,占42.0%,36￣45岁301人次,占31.0%;受伤部位以手臂和头面部多见。其中//181人有2次因家庭暴力就诊。在急诊科清创室进行家庭暴力筛查是一种有效、实用的方法。因家庭暴力致外伤就诊急诊科比较常见,在急诊科开展家庭暴力筛查并对受害者给予相应帮助很有必要。

To understand victims of domestic violence in the emergency department and provide solutions to the domestic violence. The nurses in the emergency handled the interview and survey about domestic violence in the families of the patients undergoing debridement and suture. From May 2002 to May 2003, the department of emergency admitted 971 cases injured by domestic violence (31.1%), most women, 408 of them aged 26~35 (42.0%), 301 aged 36~45 (30.0%). The injured part mainly happened in hand/arm and head/face. 181 of them saw doctors in the emergency department twice due to domestic violence. Investigation of domestic violence in the debridement room of the emergency department is effective and workable. It is common that patients injured from domestic violence visit the emergency department. It is necessary to carry out the screening of domestic violence and provide the victims with pertinent help.
