摘要
笔者总结了78例老年股骨转子间骨折患者微创动力螺纹钉内固定术后护理经验。强调术后密切观察生命体征,注重早期康复护理,有计划、有步骤指导功能锻炼,预防术后并发症,心理护理与生理护理并重,效果良好。
The author summarized the experience of nursing 78 cases of aged patients with intertrochanteric femoral fractures treated by minimal invasive DHS internal fixation,stressing the nursing measures including enhanced observation of vital signs during operation, attaching importance to early rehabilitative nursing, planned instruction of functional exercises, prevention of postoperative complications, laying stress on both mental and physical nursing cares, all of which had good effects on their practical nursing.
