利培酮合并氯氮平治疗难治性精神分裂症的疗效观察

The Study of combining risperidone and clozapine for treatment-resistant schizophrenia

目的探讨利培酮合并氯氮平对单一服用两药无效的难治性精神分裂症的疗效、安全性及两药的剂量。方法将43例入组患者4周内更改为两药合并治疗,疗程16周,用BPRS、CGI、TESS量表评定疗效及副作用。结果两药合并治疗对难治性精神分裂症的有效率为628%,显效率为326%。利培酮的平均剂量为(296±104)mg/d,氯氮平的平均剂量为(198±39)mg/d。结论利培酮合并氯氮平对难治性精神分裂症有效,且副作用小,安全性高。

Objective:TO explore the efficacy、safety and dosage of combining risperidone and clozapine on treatment—resistant schizophrenia who having inefficacy with taking single drug of the two Methods:43 cases were treated with the two drugs(risperidone and clozapine)combination in four weeks,and the course of treatment is 16 weeks.The efficacy and side effects were assessed with BPRS,CGI and TESS Results:The effective rate were 62 8%,obvious effect rate were 32 6% about combining risperidone and clozapine on treating treatment-resistant schizophrenia The average dosage of risperidone was (2 96±1 04)mg/d, and was(198±39)mg/d of clozapine Conclusions:Combing risperidone and clozapine is safe,effective and fewer side effects for treatment-resistant schizophrenia [
