摘要
每个企业都要面临"自制或外购"这样一个基本的经济决策。20世纪全球经历了四次兼并的浪潮。但是兼并产生的组织非效率问题难以克服,再加上信息技术革命的迅猛冲击,使得外包成为一种新的有影响力的趋势。
Every firm will face the basic economic decision of 'make or buy'. In the last century, there are four waves of merger, but merger lead to inefficiency which is difficult to overcome, and the impact of IT revolution also makes outsourcing a new and influential trend.
