浅谈在社会主义市场经济条件下政府经济行为的规范

Brief discussion on the standardization of government economy action under the condition of socialistic market economy

规范政府经济行为是以现代市场经济"市场+政府"的调节方式,对市场经济加以调节,以克服政府短缺和政府行为失效等弊端,推进和深化我国国有企业的改革。在社会主义市场经济条件下,政府经济行为的规范,应该围绕实现"兼顾效率和公平,以实现可持续发展和达到共同富裕"这一主要目标进行。

To standardize the government economy action is the reform to accelerate and further our national enterprise through the adjusting mode of 'market plus government'to regulate the market economy and overcome the government shortage and ineffectiveness of government action. Under the condition of socialistic market economy, the standardization should be carried out centering upon the fundamental project as giving consideration to both efficiency and fairness for achieving sustainable development and joint prosperity.
