摘要
《中华人民共和国著作权法》的颁布和实施,对我国学术期刊的健康发展和学术活动的规范运行起到了重要的法律保证作用。学术期刊编辑应当深刻学习领会著作权法,强化法律责任意识,并在审稿、编辑加工、校对等编辑工作的各个环节认真贯彻执行之,以维护刊物声誉,保护作者权益。
5BThe promulgation and implementation of Copyright Law in China provide an important grarantee for the sound development of academic journal and standard holding of academic meetings in our country. Editors of academic journals should profoundly study the copyright law and have a better understanding, strengthen responsibility consciousness of law, and carry out copyyight law seriously in such aspects as going over manuscript, editing, proofreading and so on, then the fame of journal would be safeguarded; the rights and interests of authors would be protected.
