高校知识女性职业能力问题研究

On professional ability of intellectual women in university

考察高校知识女性在职业能力建设方面所面临的新问题,对于中国妇女争取平等与发展具有重要意义。文章以问卷调查的方式,分析了高校知识女性职业能力的现状,提出高校知识女性职业能力发展的对策建议:营造尊重女性、男女平等的社会氛围;高校要为知识女性提高职业能力营造良好的小环境;促进家务劳动社会化;妇女组织要成为实施跨世纪女性成才的基地;知识女性要发扬"四自"精神,完成传统价值观的现代转换。

It is significant for Chinese women's fighting for equality and development to review the new issues of intellectual women on developing their professional ability. The paper analyses the actuality through questionnaire, and gives suggestions: building social atmosphere of respecting women and equality between man and woman; constructing an favorable environment to develop their professional ability; socializing the housework; the woman organizations are to be the base in promoting women spanning two centuries; intellectual women's conversion from tradition to modern times through developing the spirit of '4-self'.
