关于高等职业教育创业精神与能力培养的研究

A Study on Cultivating Pioneering Spitit and Competence in Higher Vocational Education

高等职业教育要步入健康发展的轨道 ,要解决的问题很多 ,从高等职教内部讲 ,促进择业观念向市场意识转变是十分重要 ,要使高职学生变被动就业为主动择业。为此 ,必须建立重技能、促就业的创新教育机制 ,积极探索创业教育的新途径 ,密切结合职业技术人才市场需求 ,培养心理适应能力强、职业技术精的创业型技术人才。

For the purpose of advancing higher vocational education in China,together with the changes of employment market,there have been some problems to be dealt with,such as students'perspectives of job-searching,m echanism of education,pioneering of education,and so on.This paper discusses the issues of focusing on establishing mechanism of pioneering education,and the ways of cultivating students with qualities of good psycho-adaptability and mastery professional techniques.
