兴趣属于人的个性倾向性 (个性心理的目的性特征 )范畴。稳定而良好的兴趣是引起和维持注意的一个重要的内部动力 ,是人们追求真理的精神力量。陈旧保守的传统音乐教学严重忽视对学生音乐兴趣的培养 ,在很大程度上影响了人才的健康成长。事实表明 :培养学生音乐学习兴趣具有特殊的教育意义 ,这是促使高师音乐教育事业早出人才、快出人才、出好人才的希望工程和教学改革的重要举措。

The intent belongs to the category of a person’s individual tendentiousness (objection characteristics of an individual psychology). A stable good interest is an important internal motive force of causing and maintaining attention, and also a spiritual poser of seeking truth. The outmoded conservative music teaching seriously neglects developing the students’ music interest. To a large extent, it affects the healthy grout of talent. The flats indicate that developing the students’ music interest has a special instructive meaning. And it is an important moue of hope project and teaching reform to impel music teachers to rear good talents as quickly as possible. Music teachers must pay special attention on it and carry it out.
