摘要 对单光子探测使用InGaAs-APD并采用门模控制的核心问题进行了阐述,总结了探测器件的特性和门模控制系统的特点,并归纳了在这种探测方式中实际存在的问题和可能解决的方法,最后着重介绍它在量子保密通信中的应用。 It is expounded that some key problems about single photon detection using InGaAs-APD with a gate mode application. In addition to summarizing the characteristics of the detection device and the gated-mode control system, it is summed up that the actually existed problems and the probably solved means in such mode. And finally its application in the quantum cryptography communication is briefly surveyed.
