二维光子晶体带隙结构的透射特性

摘要 应用时域有限差分法(FDTD)研究了二维光子晶体的透射特性。计算了二维完善的周期性介质柱 排列和带有缺陷的排列的带隙结构,得到了透射系数对入射光频率的依赖关系曲线。 Photonic band gaps and transmission coefficient in two-dimensional (2D) photonic crystals was studied using the finit-difference time-domain method (FDTD). We calculated the transmission coefficient versus frequency of the incident wave for 2D perfect periodic arrays of dielectric cylinders with and without defect.
