我国陪审员制度改革略论

陪审制度是国家审判机关吸收非职业法官或非职业审判员参加刑事、民事案件审判的一种诉讼制度。在我国为体现司法民主将其称之为人民陪审员制度,它在司法领域中发挥着越来越重要的作用,但在司法实践中,由于其制度本身的不完善,影响了它的广泛运用,在新一轮司法制度改革中,有必要对我国现行的陪审员制度进行改革。
