摘要
国内学者对校长专业化的内涵和构成要素、校长专业发展的制度环境和制度保障、推进校长专业化的策略、校长培训与校长专业发展等问题进行了颇有意义的探讨,但研究仍显稚嫩,内容还显单薄,并且缺少方法论的支持。 校长专业化"何以存在,何以可能,何以实践?这是推进国内校长专业化研究无法回避的理论问题,也是必须求解的一大难题。
Scholars at home have made a research into the concept and constructs of principal specialization, the environment and system guarantee for its development, strategies for improvement and route for development. But the research in this field turns out to be superficial and immature without theoretical support. The possibilities, existence and practice of principal specialization remain an impending and inevitable problem of the research in this field.
