摘要
本文介绍了寒冷地区用高强度薄壁地面输油管用钢。该钢具有良好的低温韧性,其韧脆转变温度 FATT 和 ITT 均低于-100℃;落锤撕裂试验确定的转变温度 FTE 也在-95℃以下,且该钢从常温至-75℃的低温对缺口都不敏感,具有一定的裂纹稳定性,并有较好地时效稳定性。
The present paper described the high strength thin wall tube steel used for oil transferring in the exfremety cold region.The steel is characterized by its excellent low temperature toughness,low tough brittle transition temperature FATT and ITT(below-100℃),low transition temperature FTE(below—95℃) as demonstrated by drop weighted tease test,insusceptibility to the notch in the environment from normal temperature to low temperature up to—75℃,and proper crack resistance stability as well as better ageing stability.
