摘要
“初二现象”是指在初二这个年级段普遍存在的难以管理、难以教育的教育现象。结合多年来在初二带班带课及做初二学生思想工作的实践及体会 ,深入透视了“初二现象”的生理成因、家庭成因、社会成因及学校成因 ,并据不同的成因提出了一些可行性的策略 。
The phenomenon of junior middle school students in grade two”means that junior middle school students in grade two is universally difficult to be managed and educated. Based on their practice and personal understanding produced from their having trained the junior middle school students ingrade two and engaged in ideological work of the students for many years, the authors make a penetrating analysis of the formational causes such as that of physiology, of family, of society, and of school, and also puts forward some practical tactics according to different formational cause for reference.
