摘要
通过实验室试验,研究了锌液中的铅对薄板热镀锌工艺和镀锌板性能的影响。结果表明,改变锌液中的铅含量不影响镀锌工艺,随着铅含量的改变,镀锌板表面锌花尺寸呈指数曲线变化,当锌液中不加铅(无铅)时,镀锌板表面呈无锌花状,其耐蚀性和涂装性都优于常规含铅(0.25%铅)镀锌板,因此,可以采用无铅热镀锌法生产小锌花板。
Studies have been made on the effects of Pb in the zinc bath on process and proper- ties of the hot dip galvanized sheet through laboratory esperiments.It is proved that the galvanizing process is independent of Pb content variation in the zinc bath and change of spangle size on the sur- face of the galvanized sheet,which takes on an exponential curve is a function of Pb content.Without adding Pb into the zinc bath(lead free)the surface of the galvanized sheet will be spangle free.This type of galvanized sheet is much more superior to the Pb containing galvanized sheet,therefore the lead free hot dip galvanizing process is applicable for produeing the mini spangle galvanized sheet.
