摘要 用带有 X 射线能谱仪和波谱仪以及微粒分析仪的扫描电子显微镜分析了5Ni 系新型易切削钢,探讨了加入易切削合金元素 S、Ca、稀土(Ce、La)影响宏观性能的微观机理,发现了Ca/S 比和 Re/S 比影响钢中长条形夹杂纺锤形化和球形化的规律,它们的最佳范围分别为0.07~0.12和1.5~2.5。 The new type easy cutting die steel of 5 Ni series was analysed by the electronic scanning microscope with X-ray dispersive spectrometer,wavelength dispersive spectrometer and mi- croplasma analyser,and the micro mechanism of the effect of adding such easy cutting alloying ele- ments as S,Ca and rare earth(Ce,La)on the macro properties of the steel was discussed in the article. It is discovered that ratios of Re/S and Ca/S have exerted certain influence upon spindlization and spheroidization of long string inclusions in the liquid steel,and their optimized range lies in 0.07~0. 12 and 1.5~2.5 respectively.
