摘要
介绍了无间隙原子钢的成分、热轧、冷轧工艺特点,研究了不同微合金元素添加量的IF 钢再结晶行为及对形成性能的影响和由罩式炉退火及镀锌在线退火生产 IF 钢薄板的可行性。
The present paper described the chemical compositions and hot rolling and cold rolling practices of the interstitial free steel,discussed the recrystallization behavior of the steel with addition Of different contents of micro alloying elements and their effects on formability,and demon- strated the feasibility in producing IF steel sheet by bell type annealing and by on-line annealing at the hot dip galvanizing line.
