高职院校创业教育的探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of Carving-out Education

创业教育是一种新的教育理念,体现了素质教育的内涵,着重突出教育创新和对学生实际能力的培养,是新时期高等职业教育的要义之一。高职院校开展创业教育,培养学生的就业竞争能力和创业能力是缓解就业压力,培养具有创新精神和创造能力的高素质技术型人才,促进高职深入发展的有效途径。本文阐述了高职院校开展创业教育的必要性和可行性、主要途径及具体方法。

Carving-out education, as a new educational idea, which embodies the connotation of quality education, and highlights the educational innovation and the foster of students practical competency, is one of the key points of the innovation of higher education in new times. Through launching the carving-out education in high vocational schools, we can build up students competition for obtaining employment and carving-out capability. It is the effective approach to lessen the pressure of employment, to raise high-quality technical talents with creative spirits and ability, and to promote the development of higher vocational colleges. In this article, the author describes the necessity and feasibility of starting carving-out education in higher vocational colleges and the main approaches and specific methods of carrying it out.
