介绍了电能质量的概念,包括频率偏移、电压偏移、电压暂降与电压中断、电磁暂态、波形失真、三相不平衡、电压波动和闪变、谐波与间谐波等的定义和基本特性;并较详细地分析了影响电能质量的各种因素,讨论了电能质量不满足要求时可能造成的危害;阐述了间谐波的产生机理、影响范围和对相关标准的制定的建议;最后对电能质量的现行国家标准的基本内容做了概貌描述。
The concept of power quality is presented, including definitions and basic characteristics of frequency deviation, voltage deviation, temporary drop-out of voltage and voltage interruption, electric-magnetic transient state, distortion of wave shape, unbalance of three-phase, voltage fluctuation and flickering, harmonic and uncontinuous harmonic. Various factors affecting power quality are analyzed in detail and possible harm of unqualified power quality is discussed. Production mechanism and affecting range of uncontinuous harmonic are expounded and suggestions for formulating related standards are given. The basic contents of the existing national standards for the power quality are described.
