摘要
研究了CaO—BaO—CaF_2熔剂的配比和氧化剂添加量等对18—8([%C]_0=0.30~0.35)熔体脱磷的影响以及熔剂中配入适量Cr_2O_3的作用。实验结果表明,当熔剂量为70kg/t时可获得39%~53%的脱磷率,并有较好的保铬作用。还分析了不锈钢弱氧化脱磷的热力学条件。
Influence of ration of CaO—BaO—CaF_2 flux and amount of oxidizer as well as effect of addition of Cr_2O_3 properly into the flux on the dephosphorization of 18—8([%C]_0 = 0.30~0.35) melt has been studied、Results show that a dephosphorizing degree of 39%~53% and better Cr conservation can be achieved with an addition of 70kg flux per ton metal. The thermodynamical conditions for slightly oxidizing dephosphorization of the stainless steel are also analyzed in the paper.
