摘要
浸渗——表面合金化技术可在石墨电极表面生成导电性的抗氧化复合保护层,可有效地降低电极的侧面氧化消耗。本文研究了该工艺处理过程中电极表面粘渣可用盐浴清洗的机理及各因素对清洗效率的影响,根据使用要求选择了盐浴的组成。
A conductive oxidization resisting composite protective layer can be formed on the surface of the graphite electrode by applying carburization—surface alloying technique, which is very effective of lowering oxygen consumption at both sides of the electrode. This article discussed the mechanism on the removal of slag adhesion on the electrode surface by washing in the salt bath and influences of various factors on the results of washing—up. Compositions of the salt bath is specified in accordance with the practical requirements.
