新时期的学校德育工作,应结合未来社会发展对人才的要求,扩充现代德育的内容,使其更具时代特征,满足社会经济发展的要求,环境道德教育应该成为现代德育教育中的重要内容之一。针对新时期实施科学发展观、十六大提出的全面将设小康社会的需要和当前高等院校环境道德教育薄弱的现状,高等院校应采取切实对策,加强大学生的环境道德教育。

The ethics training work under the new situation should be combined with requirement of the future society. To enrich the content of present ethics training, characterize the present world, and meet the needs of social and economic development , environmental ethics training should become the main part of the present ethics training. In accordance with the newly - applied science development concept, the requirement of building comfortably off society proposed in our 16th Party Conference and the poor condition of the environmental ethics training of me college students, colleges and universities should take practical actions to strengthen the training of college students.
