摘要
目前企业文化的建设实践中,还存在着重视不够,系统性不强,品位不高等现象。在新形势下,要提升对新世纪企业文化建设重要性的认识———企业文化建设有助于提高新世纪企业自身的竞争力,企业文化建设有助于企业社会文化职能的发挥。建设企业文化应坚持社会主义文化方向性的原则,弘扬主旋律和坚持多样性统一的原则,以人为本的原则,不断强化、不断发展原则。具体建设要实现“三化”。
At present, in the practice of enterprise culture construction the phenomena are still existing, such as it is paid,little attention; system is unstrengthened and morality is low. In the new situation, we will improve the acquaintance of enterprise culture construction ened so as to raise the enterprise competition and benefit to help the function of enterprise society culture. Enterprise culture construction should insist on the principle of socialism direction and human being's being basal and coontinuous development. The specific construction should realize 'three hua'.
