Tentative Suggestions for Teaching Management in Vocational and Technical College

:提高人才培养质量,必须全面加强教学管理,尤其要科学制定教学计划,以教学质量管理为出发点和归宿。教学管理要创新,必须培养研究型管理人才,建立健全教学管理系统,积极慎重地推行学分制管理。

For raising the quality of talent cultivation , we should strengthen the overall teaching management,and especially work out a scientific teaching program with quality management as its starting point and final target. We should have the consciousness of creativity, train research-oriented management personnel, set up and perfect system of teaching management and introduce credit system in a positive and prudent way.
